I paid my money for a theme that is supposed to work!
it has not even been 10 days since I posted a job and then it already says job is older than 30 days...</description>

<description>DO NOT purchase this theme unless you are able to do a lot of customization via CSS. Let&#039;s take a look:

CONS:

- Designer does NOT provide reply to support or general email inquiries
- Theme has many spelling and grammar errors
- Theme lacks Euro currency symbol implementation
- Customizing theme is NOT simple at all. Customization only applies to payment settings (currency, rate, and PayPal information)
- No image upload feature (for corporate logos)
- No foreign language support (I&#039;m a newbie to WordPress, so perhaps this is available as a plugin; but a premium WordPress theme should have this built-in)
- No support forum/community
- No information on new releases
- Designer&#039;s RSS feed is down
- No resume functionality
- Very little customization for job ads
- Knowledge of CSS is required in order to be able to modify look &amp; feel of site

PROS:

- reasonably priced
- with CSS knowledge could be made into powerful job board
- easy to install (drag/drop -&gt; themes folder)

In my opinion, ClassiPress seems like a much more solid alternative. The designer of ClassiPress is very active on her site and replies to discussions on a daily basis. (Marry me?)
