Can you please tell us which of these has the best support and documentation – we don’t know WordPress and need instructions, help and support – we purchased Blanco and it has NO support or sufficient documentation to help us figure out how to get our site up and running – we have attempted to contact them time after time for months with no success – we are very disappointed with that and now have decided to move on to a theme that will help us not only with how to purchase their product, but help us get it running – the most important part – we have wasted months of possible income with Blanco and it is a bust

Buying a theme from the ThemeForest marketplace can be a risk when it comes to help and support. Some authors on ThemeForest provide great support, while some terrible or none at all.
You should be able to get decent support from all the other WordPress shops listed above, but if you want to best support and documentation when it comes to ecommerce WordPress themes maybe try WooThemes. They are the creators of the WooCommerce ecommerce plugin, so you can be sure their themes are made to work perfectly with WooCommerce and they have good support and customisation services.

i stumbled upon your review after becoming frustrated with my artificer theme. I thought it was responsive but it doesn’t look right on my ipad nor on my android phone. Any suggestions? I tried asking around but got no answer. At this point I am seriously considering paying for a template.
Having said that i see that is some of the description/review, some say that they are responsive while other say something about mobile ready; now, doesn’t responsive = automatic mobile device compatibility? or need further coding.

i am running my website on opencart, but i hate the limited options in theming..i am not trying to build next amazon, but what i am looking for decent payment getway.
and custome css features, which thankfully WordPress provides, only thing that i miss in wordpress is the custom Backend with all the details is missing in wordpress..
i guess its ok…its not going to be very big some VC Funded e commerce store but niche store.
and best things about wordpress is the great community, theme rarely breaks, and Lot of plugins to take care of almost everything, No customization needed at all…Kudos for your post…

Just wanted to post a fair warning to all who are interested in the mearishop theme. It has more bugs than than a NYC sewer and even less support. If you don’t know code, you will be wasting alot of time trying to get the damn thing to work while the publisher promises help. Also every time there is an update to woocommerce or WP, the damn thing breaks. Stay away… just not worth it.

I have to admit I have used quite a few themes and I’ll say that Kallyas on themeforest.net is the best I have seen in a while. I am not the author, but just someone who has found a good find (in my opinion). It doesn’t focus solely on e-Commerce but offers a lot of short codes and design features for corporate styles. I find this aspect very important. Check out all the different home page layouts and design ideas they give you and watch what happens when you add an item to the cart on the shop page. It is just little additions like this that really add to the feel of your site. Plus you can even add different header styles, and you have a floating top menu!
